On the 7th September 2024, just we begin to head into the Autumn months, we will be holding the Rest & Reset Retreat Day. A deeply nourishing and rejuvenating day bringing together blissful souls like you in beautiful surroundings in the Harrow.

A day of relaxation, reflection and connections. Where you have the chance to take some time just for you to enjoy mindful movement, delicious food, intuitive guidance and conversation as well as some time just to be 😇🙏

There is so much magic to be had at this time of year as we are excited to invite you into this next Rest & Reset day.

Timing: Check-in: 10 am and Check-out: 4 pm 

Location: Harrow Arts Cente, the only professional multi-art form venue in the London Borough of Harrow.

This will be a nourishing and uplifting day of relaxation, movement, energy work, connection and coaching.

The day begins at 9.30 am for a 10 am start, closes at 4 pm and will include:

🧘🏻‍♀️Guidance for Chakra alignment energy work and coaching. You will come away feeling re-balanced, with deeper sense of where you are right now and what’s important to you as you look towards 2024, along with helpful tools and tips.

🧘🏾‍♀️ A beautiful restorative Yoga class and meditations throughout the day.

🧘🏾 A blissful Yin Yoga and energetic Kundalini Yoga class with sound bath.

What you will need to bring

📖A notebook and pen

🥤A bottle of water (herbal teas will be provided)

🧘🏻‍♀️Comfortable clothes or Yoga clothes, whatever feels comfortable to move, sit and lie down. Layers are good (for our ever-changing weather)

🧺A blanket to cover your (if required) and any props you would usually use for your yoga practice e.g. blocks and a strap.

🧘🏾 We will provide Yoga mat, Blocks, Straps and Bolsters

Why Rest and Reset Retreat

Rest is such a simple and vital aspect of our lives, and yet in today’s fast-paced world it’s not something very many of us take the time to do, or even take very seriously. We may be getting more done, and taking in more information than ever before, but as a result, we’ve lost the natural pauses in our lives. We don’t ever stop. Inevitably, our nervous systems are frenzied, running on empty, and desperate for a break.

Meditation, yoga, and mindfulness practices can lead us down the pathway to rest, where we find our innermost calm. However, the danger is as we engage with various techniques we might get caught up in the processes, methods and our envisioned goals for learning them. Rather than falling into rest, we fire ourselves into rest-disguised recreation.

  • 10:00-10:30 Introductions and exploring intentions for the day

  • 10:30-11:15 Nasal Cleansing technique

  • 11:30-12:15 Guided Yin Yoga with Sound bath

  • 12:15-13:30 Break for lunch

  • 13:30-14:30 Questions, reflections, & Yoga Nidra with Sound bath

  • 14:30-15:00 Stillness and rest with walk

  • 15:00-16:00 Restorative Yoga, Meditations and reflections on applying rest to your life
