Join us for a serene Saturday evening of Conscious Dance, Cacao and Kirtan with Sound Bath. Come and shed away the struggles of your weeks and connect back with your true self. This is a safe space where we will embrace our inner stillness through movement, flow, conscious dance, meditation, ritual and community.
At Soham, we are all about living authentically. Soham derives from the Sanskrit term meaning “I am That and That I am” Our facilitators are trained in the yogic arts of healing, relaxation, consciousness and bliss!

These evenings are a sober event, we will be providing warm Cacao, which is a ceremonial natural plant medicine, which opens the heart and allows for a natural loving energiser. Connecting us back to our roots and our intentions.
Loose Evening Schedule
◈6:30 PM – 6:45 PM: Doors Open & Dance Warm-up
◈6:45 PM – 7:00 PM: Cacao Ceremony and Positive Intention Setting
◈7:00 PM – 8:15 PM : Conscious Dance
◈ 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM: Kirtan
◈9:15 PM – 09:30 PM: Optional Fruit Social to feel energitic

Please respect this, and please don’t come drunk or high as you will be refused entry or asked to leave. No refunds!***

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer refunds if you cannot attend; however we can transfer your ticket to another dance if you contact us via email at least 48h prior to the event. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member. If you are showing any Covid-19 symptoms, please DO NOT attend the session. If we need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
