Chair yoga is a form of yoga practiced by sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Just some of the benefits of chair yoga are improved flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain. We will be following a video for the class. You will need to bring a small hand towel and water bottle. Chair yoga is good for everyone, no matter your age, shape or size, so join us for this fun class.
