Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga
The ancient healing practice of Kundalini Yoga uses breathwork, mantras, kriyas, meditations, and mudras to awaken your energy.
Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.
Kundalini Yoga asana sequences are called kriyas.
Mudras are the gestures you make when doing yoga, generally with your hands.
Mantras – Part of the Kundalini practice is to chant mantras or positive affirmations.
Kundalini Yoga offers benefits for people of all ages. Some of these benefits are mental, whereas others are physical.
Reduced Stress and Anxiety
Improved Cognition and Mood
Healthier Blood Sugar Levels
Better Flexibility
